A Learning Platform for

Dialogue, Emotions and Conflict Skills

01

Why deq.digital exists

We communicate all the time, at school, with friends, in groups, and online.
But digital communication is fast, emotional, and often full of misunderstandings.

deq.digital was created to help young people build strong communication and dialogue skills in a safe learning space without pressure, at their own pace.

02

What you will gain

You will build practical skills you can use in real life. You will learn how to express yourself clearly and respectfully, listen and understand others better, and handle emotions in yourself and in other people. You will also learn to notice stereotypes and hidden assumptions, think more critically, and avoid manipulation. Step by step, you’ll practice how to stay calm in conflict, find fair solutions, and understand the basics of mediation and peer mediation, including how dialogue and conflict work in the digital world.

03

How the program works

This program has 12 modules that guide you from simple basics to real-life practice. You begin with communication and dialogue skills, then learn how conflicts work and how emotions affect what we say and how we hear others. You will also explore stereotypes and cultural differences, and train your critical thinking with short case studies. Finally, you will learn the basics of mediation, how conflicts happen online, and how peer mediation works. The modules connect like a journey, each one gives you tools you will use in the next one.

04

How you learn

Learning on deq.digital is built for real life and real attention spans. Each lesson is short and focused, usually taking one to three minutes. You learn through interactive activities, simple examples, and real-life situations. Some tasks ask you to choose answers, others invite you to reflect and write short responses, with smart feedback that helps you understand your thinking. There are no grades or pressure. You learn at your own pace and see your progress as your skills grow.

05

Certificate

As you learn, you can earn certificates step by step. After finishing a topic area (for example communication, critical thinking, or mediation), you will receive a certificate for that area. If you complete the full 12-module program, you will also receive a final certificate that shows you finished the whole learning journey.
